A rare Saturday #brewday Must speak to the Brewers Union. Henley Dark, our favourite beer to brew, 9 different malts from 5 classic maltsters.

‘Beer, spice and sticky rice’

We are looking forward to working with @foodsbypavilion on their Cookery School launch on the 25th of Feb.

The evening is a punchy and taste-exploding experience exploring fiery-hot Laotian and Northern Thai ‘Jeow’ dips and spice blends alongside a selection of our beer, including some limited and barrel aged beauties. Of course, with plenty of fragrant sticky rice.

The class will run from 6.30pm – 9pm £90, spaces limited.

Cheeky taste of our Festbier which is just finishing primary fermentation. We spund our lagers, meaning we cap the tank near the end of fermentation, carbonating the beer naturally with the CO2 being given off by the yeast. It leads to nice fine tiny bubbles and a creamy foam stand. I love brewing lagers.
