| Some of you will have noticed that we have updated the web-site. The new site has a lot more professional look and feel to it and we have also improved our online ordering facility for those of you that don't live close enough to come in to see us. Have a look and let us know what you think. | ||

| From the R&D Department | ||
| As a brewer, it gets
pretty tough brewing the same beer over and over
again. Thankfully, we have some pretty sweet
equipment to play and experiment on. If
you haven't been into the shop in a while, come in
and give our latest creation a taste. Land
of the Free American IPA* "American IPA? Surely that is a misnomer?", did I hear you say? Well, if you have been to the West Coast of America recently you will know that the Americans have taken the IPA** style and put their own spin on it, making a million times bigger and better than the run of the mill so-called IPAs you get in Britain today. This beer is a dedication to the US craft brewers that we have followed for many years and is all about the hops. We use an American Ale yeast which by its nature accentuates hops and we use A LOT of American hops, which are renowned for their punchy flavours and citrus aromas. This beer is currently only available by the pint or by the Growler in our shop. Check it out and let us know what you think. |

The name, like the beer
is still evolving, if you have a better name, let me
know. ** IPA stands for India Pale Ale, it was a strong and very hoppy beer, it needed to be to survive the 6 month voyage to the British Empire in India. Today's 3.4% IPAs are a sham, and nothing like the real thing. |

| Dark Reserve No. 1 - Last Call | ||
| February 28th is the
last day that
Dark Reserve No. 1
will be on sale in our shop. There are only a
few cases left and if they do not sell by that date,
they will be cellared for special occasions. What about No. 2 you say...you're going to have to be patient... |

evening. Get a head start on the weekend with
a pint or come and fill your Growler. Shop
hours: Fridays 15:00-20:00 Satrudays 11:00-17:00 Sundays 11:00-16:00 |
